• Is your organization certified and recognized?

Yes, MaderoFrance is an organization approved by DREETS Occitanie and QUALIOPI certified for its training activities.

This means that all our face-to-face and online training courses are officially recognized for their learning and teaching qualities.

Chafia, founder and head trainer of MaderoFrance, trained in France and internationally with the best in their field in Maderotherapy but also in other draining and remodeling massage techniques (Vodder, Renata Franca, Bernardi, Yesotherapie, Cupping massage, etc.).

She has been able to develop a multiple perspective and approach as a practitioner and trainer for nearly 10 years, and create her own well-being, draining and remodeling massage protocols through effective teaching accessible to all, beginners and professionals alike.

• Do you accept CPF, OPCO, FRANCE TRAVAIL (formerly Pôle Emploi), and other support?

Financing is no longer available until further notice.

• Are the training courses diploma- or certifying?

There is no diploma or professional certification in French regulations concerning the wellness massages offered (Maderotherapie, Lymphatic Drainage or Madero'Ice, etc.).

We will issue you with a certificate of completion confirming that you have successfully completed your online or in-person training.

• Do you train massage institutes, hotels, spas and others?

Yes, we train massage professionals, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses and other practitioners, as well as massage institutes, hotels and spas in France and internationally.

Online training

Composed of several hours of videos and written materials, access to the online training platform allows you to acquire all the theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to start practicing with complete peace of mind and/or deepen your knowledge.

The quality of our online training is also recognized by QUALIOPI certification.

Subscription grants you unlimited access for 6 months using personalized login details. Sharing your access to our online training platform or sharing the content of this training is strictly prohibited. Because this content is unique and protected, you could be liable to prosecution.

Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange an online training course for a face-to-face training course of the same or a different treatment.

Face-to-face training

MaderoFrance organizes face-to-face training courses in France and internationally throughout the year.

They are accessible to everyone, with or without experience in the field of well-being massages, and allow you to acquire all the theoretical and practical knowledge to be able to begin practicing with complete peace of mind and/or deepen your knowledge.

The quality of our online training is also recognized by QUALIOPI certification.

Our Kits and Tools

The products and accessories sold by MaderoFrance are manufactured in Colombia, in natural wood for Maderotherapy and in a mixture of different metals for Ice Madero, by experienced professional craftsmen recognized for their know-how in this field.

We work together through a privileged and trusting relationship, which allows us to guarantee impeccable manufacturing quality and products.

• Can wooden tools break?

No, there is no reason why our tools should break for no particular reason.

However, being made of natural wood, they are not unbreakable and will eventually become damaged with practice and use over time - that's all we wish for you ;-)

If a piece comes loose, simply use 100% wood glue for the wooden parts, and Super Glue for the metal parts.

Delivery and Returns

We have our stock of products in our premises in France, which allows us to ensure shipment within 24-48 hours.

Shipments are made by tracked Colissimo, with insurance and delivery against signature:

- Delivery to Metropolitan France: 48 hours

- International and Overseas Delivery: 4 to 8 working days

Delivery problems

As soon as your package is taken care of by the carrier (La Poste), it is under their responsibility.

In the event of a delivery problem, we therefore invite you to make a complaint to La Poste, providing your Colissimo number and your identity document.

To make a complaint, you can contact your post office, call 3634 or make a complaint online by clicking here.

Your tracking number was sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you can't find it, please contact us by email at contact@maderofrance.com.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products to us in the event of an error on our part or damaged tools received.

You must absolutely respect this legal deadline and return the items to us as you received them without having used them in order to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

Payment methods

We accept credit card and PayPal payments on our website. You can also pay by bank transfer by contacting our customer service at contact@maderofrance.com.

All payments are completely secure thanks to the platforms used and the SSL certificate that protects our website and transactions.

Please note: Paying in installments represents a commitment on your part. You must ensure you have sufficient funds to process the withdrawals. Any late or unpaid payment may result in additional fees and collection charges.
