Returns and Refunds Policy

Our "exchange and refund" guarantee lasts 14 days and begins upon receipt of your order.
If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
This warranty particularly concerns the receipt of physical products that do not correspond to your order or the receipt of broken/damaged tools.
Regarding digital products, online programs/training, any purchase entails agreement and acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale and consequently the waiver of the right of withdrawal concerning our content and/or digital products (waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement https://www.service-public.fr/ ).

Returns are the responsibility of the customers, and must be made by tracked shipping, either by Colissimo or via Mondial Relay to the following address:

Customer satisfaction being our priority, each request is studied on a case-by-case basis to be able to find a solution that suits you within the limits of our possibilities.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on your bank in particular.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Otherwise, contact your bank: there is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
However, you can send us your request if it is for another reason at contact@maderofrance.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
Exchanges only concern physical products and not online training.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we'll need some information from you to process your request.

Shipping

To return a product, you must contact us at contact@maderofrance.com .
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, and you will receive a voucher of the same value after your return is processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We also recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
